Rohan Haté is a partner at the law firm of ZSRH Litigation Lawyers LLP.
Rohan received his Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto in 2007 in political science and philosophy. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law in the Silicon Valley, California in 2010. While at Santa Clara Law, Rohan was awarded the prestigious High Tech Law Certificate in Intellectual Property law. Rohan also attended Osgoode Hall Law School for his Masters in Law.
Rohan was called to the Bar in 2012. He practices primarily in insurance litigation. He is devoted to fighting for the rights of his clients and strives to ensure they receive the appropriate compensation for all of their losses. Rohan’s practice is committed to all areas of personal injury litigation on behalf of his clients and their families who need guidance and support in navigating through the insurance claims process.
Rohan also practices in insurance defence litigation and advises major insurers on all aspects of insurance claims, including Occupiers’ Liability, motor vehicle tort and accident benefits claims, and insurance coverage.
Rohan has experience as well in class action litigation, wrongful dismissal and wills & estates.
Rohan appears regularly at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on contested and prominent motions. He has conducted jury trials on behalf of his clients. He has also appeared before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the License Appeal Tribunal.
Rohan is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada and is a member of the South Asian Bar Association and The Advocates Society.
In his spare time, Rohan enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball and golf.
